1. How can I place an order?
- To order Fuego dance sneakers, simply browse our collection, select the desired size and style, and click "Add to Cart." Follow the checkout process by providing your shipping and payment information.
2. Can I also fit the shoes?
- Yes, but we have limited stock in our depot. Feel free to visit us at Daendelsstraat 57, 2595 XT, Den Haag (RevamB Google maps location) Check our contact page for the opening hours.
3. Do you offer international shipping?
- Yes! We ship from our depot in the Netherlands to EU countries. At the moment to Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, France and Spain. More countries will follow soon.
4. What are the shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands?
- Shipping costs will vary depending on the ship to destination. The shipping cost is calculated during checkout and can be seen when placing an order.
5. Can I track my order?
- Yes! We will provide you with a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can check the carrier website to see when the package will arrive.
6. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. We have our own stock available and ship where possible the same or next day. Current lead-time is between 1 - 15 days.
7. What is your return policy?
- We offer a 14-day return policy for Fuego dance sneakers that are in good condition. A return fee of €10 is applicable, except in the case of manufacturing damages. Please see our Return Policy for more details.

- Yes! within the 14-day return period, we will help you with any exchange.
